Welcome to the new Client Area. Check the functions available:

• Technical Support

  • Manage the calls, opening and closing, adding notes and attaching files.

• Users

  • Manage the  registered users, editing the permissions and disabling them if necessary;

  • Invite new users to access the Client Area.

• Updates

  • Downloads e release notes of the updates for the sofwtares;

  • Diverse downloads.

• Playlist Store

  • Details of available plans and trial version download.

  • Updated installers for all the software.

• Sofwtare configuration

  • Possibility to define some software configurations.

• My Plan

  • Check all the licenses of the station;

  • Check and see the open bills.

• Messages

  • Send a message to Playlist and check all the contact forms;

  • See the notifications generated by the radio station software;

  • See all the received messages.

1. Service Requests

   • New service request 

     Open a new call.

     • Click in "New service request";

     • Chose the subject and describe the reason of the new request;

     • Click in send.

   • New note

     Add a new note in a open call.

     • A list of open call will be shown, seach by the subject and click above it;

     • Click in "New note";

     • Describe the request and click in Send.

   • Send Files

     Attach new files into an open call.

     • Select the call and click above it;

     • CliCk in "Send Files";

     • Drag the file and drop it over the dotted area and click in send.

   • Close Request

     Close  an open call and have the option to rate or comment the support.

     • Chose the selected option and click above it;

     • Click in "Close request";

     • Rate the support and optionally leave a comment and then click in Send.

2. Closed calls

   • Reopen a request

     If you want to talk about something that has the same subject as a closed call reopen it and add a new note.

     • Chose the call that you want to reopen and click above it;

     • Click in "Reopen request".

• Invite users

  Invite new users to access the Client Area of the radio station.

  • Click in "Invite users";

  • Type the email of the users you want to invite, separated by a space;

  • Click in  Invite;

  • Each contact will receive an e-mail to confirm their new Playlist account.

• Manage the registered users

  Change the permissions for Accessing the client area of each user.

  • Seach for the user to be changed and click above it;

  • Change the permissions enabling/disabling each one;

  • When you finish, click in Save.

• Disabling/Enabling each user

  Disable a user to block its access to the Client Area of the station.

  • Locate an user to be changed and click above it;

  • Click in  "Disable User", "Enable User".

1. Updates

   Download and release notes of the latest software versions available;

   • Chose the sofwtare and click in Load;

   • Confirm the version and click in download;

   • You can also  check the adjustments and improvements of each version.

2. Diverse downloads

   A list of diverse downloads such as Right Time audio files and others.

   • Chose a file to download and click in "Download".

1. Plans

   Details of available plans.

   • Click in the tab of the plan you want:

     • Monthly signature;

     • License aquisition;

     • Services.

2. Software

   Installers of all sofwtare.

   • Chose the selected sofwtare;

   • Click in "Download";

   • Confirm your information in the form (necessary);

   • If you want to, click in Yes to take part on to a quick quiz (Non required);

   • Click in "Download" to download the selected installer.

Customize the specific configurations of the software:

Step 1:

Select the software.

Step 2:

Select a computer.

Step 3:

Click in "Load settings".

Step 4:

Change the configurations.

Step 5:

Click in save.

1. My Bills

   Check the data of your bill(s).

2. My licenses

   Check all your licences and the location of each one.

1. Messages

   See the warning messages received from Playlist. The unread ones are highlighted.

   • Navigate through the list of received messages.

   • Click in the message you want.

2. Software notifications

   See the notifications generated by radio station's Software.

   • Select a software;

   • Select a computer;

   • Click in "Load Notifications";

   • Navigate through the list of notifications generated by the software in the selected computer.

3. Talk to Playlist

   Send a message to Playlist and check the other contact forms.

   • Select a subject;

   • Describe the message to send;

   • Click in send.

How to sign up to the new Client Area.

• Do you already have an client area account?

  • All data and records were kept, so, if you already have and registered account, it won't be necessary to create a new account

• Forgot your password?

  •  If you don't remember your password, use the option  Forgot your password? at the Login to redefine it.

• Don't have an account yet?

  • If you don't have an account yet, click in Sign up.

It's possible to redefine password using email, if you've forgot it or want to change it.

Step 1:

Click in "Forgot Password" to access the password reseting page

Step 2:

Confirm the email registered and click in "recover password".

Step 3: 

Acess your email and click in the received  link.

Step 4:

You'll be redirected to the "New Password" page. Confirm the new password and click in "Save".

Step 1:

Enter the required data such as: Name, E-mail, Password, City, State and Country.

Step 2:

Confirm the register accessing the link sent to the entered email.
